1980 Mercedes-Benz 450 SL

This gorgeous 1977 Mercedes-Benz 450SL has only 32000 original miles! the 450SL was built from 1972 until 1980 on the R-107 chassis. This 450SL is equipped with two tops - the hand operated soft top, and a removable metal hardtop in brown. This 450SL has a comfortable cockpit with palomino MB tex accents, a/c, am/fm, power windows, power locks/mirrors, cruise control. The power comes from the m-114 4.5-liter sohc v-8 engine with bosch k-jetronic fuel injection and delivers 190HP and enough of torque to a four-speed automatic gearbox. This 450SL has power steering, fully independent suspension and 4-wheel abs power disc brakes with vented front rotors. If you check out the Hagerty price index, you can see that these icons are valued between 20 and 60 thousand dollars. This car is beautiful inside and out, accident and rust free. it comes in one of its most rare sought after colour combinations manganese brown metallic with palomino interior. It is truly a beautiful and super elegant car! The original paint looks flawless and deep rich and shiny. The car is very straight, the few dents we found around the car are pdr (paintless den removal) removed. Some small dents can be found in the door, due to uncareful other drivers. The SL has both tops. the hardtop is in excellent condition as you can see in the pictures. The softtop is still the original Mercedes top. Everything else is in excellent condition in and out. The dash is in excellent condition in the very rare palomino colour. The wheels look gorgeous, and the tires are rather new. We are actual servicing the car throughout and it needs nothing but a new owner! Everything works as it should. The A/C blows ice cold and the steering is very tight. it is one of the very best 450sl's we ever had in stock! The 450 SL drives and shifts very smooth like you would expect from a low mileage classic Mercedes-Benz. We took a lot of first pictures, before we are done with the detailing, so you can judge and get a feeling how it looks like for yourself.
